Freelance Gardener – Chichester (Nov 2025)
We are a well-established, 5-star rated company based in Chichester, and due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Freelance Gardener to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of work and enjoys working across a variety of outdoor environments.
About the Role
You will be working across large private estates and grounds, providing high-quality horticultural care and assisting with a range of landscaping and garden projects. You’ll be working as part of a supportive and professional team, with the flexibility that a freelance role provides.
Key Responsibilities
General garden maintenance, hedge cutting, tree pruning and soft landscaping on large estates and grounds, with the flexibility to assist on wider landscaping projects as required.
Required Qualities & Skills
- Experienced in garden maintenance, hedge cutting, tree pruning and soft landscaping
- Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
- Self-motivated with a positive work ethic
- Full driving licence and own transport (essential)
Experience in horticulture or landscaping is beneficial, but a strong work ethic and a desire to produce excellent results are just as important.
